Michelle has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2024, working with children and supporting their growth and development. Her passion for working with kids began through years of babysitting, which inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology and is dedicated to continuing her education to better support the children and families she serves.
